Shipping and Returns

Acne ER uses the United States Postal Service to ship packages. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If a signature waiver is in place, Acne Er cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Ground Service

Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped within 1 business day, depending on product availability. Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO/FPO.

Priority Service

Priority Service orders placed by 8 a.m. PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 8 a.m. PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. Therefore, any orders placed Friday after 8 a.m. will not be processed and shipped out until the following Monday. Express Service is not available for shipments to Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

16099 Goldenwest Street, Huntington Beach, CA, 92647, United States If your return is accepted, you will be responsible to sip it to us or drop off at our Store in Huntington Beach. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made within 7 business days upon receipt of products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
